Ok, if you’re wondering what free hour I’m talking about and how do you get it? Sign up for the FREE 30 day challenge to being juggle free – all about finding time you didn’t know you had.
Now, that we’ve got that covered, what are you going to do with this extra time?
As moms, we so rarely get to have extra time to ourselves – it just doesn’t exist. SOMEONE always needs SOMETHING!
Today, let that someone be you – and do something you love to do or have been putting off because of your lack of time, which we’ve already discussed.
Self care is such a hot topic right now, and that’s because it’s so important. Women are finding out how much better their lives are when they take time out for themselves.
Self care can be anything that draws attention to yourself – whether that’s a quiet walk, 30 minutes to write in your journal, watching your favorite tv show while eating your favorite snack, talking to a therapist, anything that is for you.
If you went through the challenge and realized you only found 15 minutes and not 1 hour, don’t run away just yet. 15 minutes is better than nothing! Find a quick thing to do for yourself and savor it the full 15 minutes – don’t cut this time short.
What’s your favorite thing to do with extra time?
